Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@topdon.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the diagnostic tool or accessory in its original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
